Week 10

I’m back!!! Here’s what I made. – Veda

AM and Snacks: 1) Hemp Noatmeal (added 1/2 cup coconut milk in AM and microwaved for 1-2 minutes. 2) Blueberry Cardamom Chia Pudding*. 3) Celery with Peanut/Almond Butter 4) Salsa. 5) Seed Crackers

PM: 1) Simple salad. 2) Spaghetti Squash with mushroom, onion, and tomato marinara with fresh basil 3) Palak 4) Roasted cauliflower

Beverage: Coconut Matcha Tea Latte.
