Here’s what I made (pardon me for forgetting to take all pics). – Veda
AM and Snacks: 1) Hemp Noatmeal (added frozen fruit and pecans this time). I will add 1/2 cup coconut milk in AM. 2) Nuts (Pistachio, Macadamia, and Peanut). 3) Celery and Almond Butter w/ peanuts. 4) Seed Crackers (GF from Trader Joes). 5) Snickerdoodle Cookies (GF & Vegan)
PM: 1) Simple salad with my favorite tomato “kumato” and pumpkin seeds also delicious almond butter turmeric dressing from Trader Joes . 2) Vegetable curry (with broccoli, brussel sprouts, green beans, spinach, tomato – no starchy vegetables or chickpeas) 3) Stuffed Peppers (with seasoned cauliflower rice and pecans) 4) Raw taco salad (not shown).
Beverage: Mock Mojito sweetened with a few drops of liquid stevia (not shown).
