So excited… I made my own zucchini noodles! – Veda
AM and Snacks: Currently, while eating the Vegan Keto way, my morning meal and snacks will remain similar to week eleven.
PM: I roasted eggplant and served it two ways 1) with zucchini noodles topped with cashew basil pesto and fresh tomato 2) with pesto.
Made zucchini, julienned, with pasta sauce.
I made simple salads too
