Week 15

Here’s what I made. Lydia helped me with the pupusas. – Veda

1) Pupusa with spinach and potato cheese. Topped with pickled relish (cabbage, carrot, onion).

2) Sweet potato waffles with apple relish (apple cinnamon and date).

3) Sweet potato with Dal topped with a savory cashew cream.

4) Black bean burger topped with guacamole and pickled relish with a side of baked potato fries. (Not shown, sorry I forgot. )

5) I have salad and more vegetables I’ll cook later in the week.
