Week 16

Here’s some things I ate, or made, this week. – Veda

1) Discovered a new restaurant, in Dublin, called Rebol.

2) I had left over cheese (potato base) from last week’s pupusas so I steamed cauliflower and made a cheesy soup. It’s topped with Mexican style corn for added texture and flavor.

3) Cabbage soup.

4) Palak with red skinned potato.
